most significant attributes of a high-contribution team member, the attributes
below stand at the top.
First complete this survey for yourself. Then distribute
it to your fellow team members to complete. Review the feedback, conduct
clarifying discussions and set some growth goals backed up by a plan of
action. Share your goals and action plan with your fellow team members
and ask them to give you "on-course" affirmative feedback and
"off-course" corrective feedback to help your grow and go to
greater levels of excellence and contribution to the work of the team.
