Surveys are dynamic tools
in the hands of a proactive leader and his or her
staff. They provide a resource for obtaining
feedback, the stuff for staying out of trouble
and on course.
These free survey samples
are offered to you as tools for trying
out the survey feedback process as a leader, with your team
members, and from an
organization-wide perspective.
Studies have shown that the
average leader sees him or her self with only 50%
accuracy. This means you, your colleagues and
your staff members are somewhere on a 10% to 90%
scale of perceptual accuracy.
Like Olympic athletes,

broad-based feedback from others. This keeps them
on the “leading edge” toward more consistently
