Determining Values and Boundaries

Will clear governing operating values lead to a stellar life and career?

Yes! When you seriously pursue the process of aligning your governing operating values with your organization's values, you are not "jerked around" by the influences of wrong doers. You will be assured and grounded as you more consistently think, say, and do the right things and benefit from the right results.

As a participant in this program you will examine your personal operating values and how they relate to and help achieve the vision you have for a worthwhile life and career. It also focuses you and other participants on the importance and “how to” for establishing strategic boundaries to hold these values in place when under fire.

You will discover the importance of using your value posts as foundation points for constructing important boundaries in your life. You will understand how these boundaries are a great source for helping you be a person of Intentional Integrity.

You will learn how to ...

  • Define and examine your present operating values, those values you hold as having worth and that guide you in the way you operate at home and work.
  • Determine the degree to which your core operating values drive the decisions you make, the conduct you exhibit and the commitments you keep.
  • Assess your professed, expressed and impressed values and understand the importance and means of achieving congruence among all three.
  • Explore sources for finding and determining worthwhile operating values that will guide you toward expressing good character and having a balanced, beneficial life and a worthwhile career.
  • Turn your value statements into an accountability survey and feedback tool to help you maintain clarity and behavioral alignment with your values.
