Yes! A high integrity staff, maximum goal achievement
and healthy cost controls and profit margins are a direct result of relevant
and regularly reviewed character and performance standards. It is people
of high character, competence and commitment who think, say and do the
right things to enable organizations, small and large, to achieve top-class
results.
You will learn how to:
- Develop clear statements of performance standards
that have a demonstrated relationship to your organization's values and
goals to be achieved.
- Use the ProActive Interview processes to select
competent and motivated staff members.
- Establish a department PACT (Personal Accountability
and Commitment Team) process as part of all regular meeting agendas.
- Use a ProActive Super Vision process to observe
and record staff member behaviors that either help or block the achievement
of organization goals.
- Conduct a ProActive Coaching conference to help
staff members strengthen their performance.
- Honor the legal requirements of "due diligence,
due care and due regard" as related to progressive discipline and
successful dismissal.
- Maintain legally sufficient documentation (memos,
observation reports, coaching session reports and formal evaluations).
