How will the processes help you achieve your vital goals more quickly and easily? As a retainer client, engaging in the ProActive Discovery Process is the first step you take as you and I begin engaging in a coaching relationship. I will be asking you to complete a ProActive Discovery Process Survey that includes four key questions to help you get clear on your goals for coaching and to help me understand your perceived areas of need... "In what areas are you seeking coaching?", "What's happening in each area?", "What would you like to see happen in each area?", and "What do you think will make those things happen in each area?" How is feedback used to gain a more accurate view how things are going? After I carefully study your responses to the ProActive Discovery Process Survey items, you and I will schedule telephone coaching sessions to begin addressing the top priority personal and business development goals you have selected. As you engage in the coaching process, you may elect to use selected ProActive Leadership Feedback Surveys made available to you. You can use these surveys as "reflection triggers" and for "self feedback". You can also use them to develop a broad, 360 degree feedback loop from people you select from your work environment. The people you select will complete the feedback surveys and anonymously send them back to me for compilation. I will then prepare a Feedback Report. You and I will review the feedback reports you request during one of your telephone coaching sessions. With my support and encouragement, you will analyze the Feedback Report, uncover blind spots, and prioritize the personal or business growth needs you want to address. My coaching clients request the use of my PAL Feedback Surveys to help them gain an accurate picture of their personal effectiveness in areas like: leadership impact, managerial acumen, interpersonal communication, time management, meeting facilitation, planning, and staff supervision and coaching. They also request the use of these feedback surveys to gain a more accurate picture of how effectively their organization is functioning in areas like: hiring effectiveness, customer service, healthy organization culture, ethical conduct, effective work flow, change management, problem resolution, and decision making effectiveness. Additionally, you'll receive coaching on how to independently use simple but powerful and proven audio and video tape tools to get the eye-opening feedback about yourself.
