I am committed to encouraging and facilitating Intentional Integrity as the right operating norm among all of the persons and enterprises we serve and helping them avoid costly "people" mistakes and make more profitable "people" decisions.

As a coach, consultant, trainer and facilitator I am committed to, and want to be held accountable for:

• Focusing on serving others and demonstrating honesty and integrity at all times, in all things.
• Seeing things through the eyes of others and interacting with them in ways that help them more quickly and easily achieve their worthwhile goals and increase their important physical, emotional, time and financial reserves.
• Challenging others with, "Let's go!", leading the way and then helping them get out in front.
• Nurturing leadership in others and being people builders by helping those we serve to achieve their optimum performance.
• Lifting people up by reaching out to them with my mind, my hands and my heart to coach them and help them scale the difficult peaks.
• Having faith in people, believing in them, trusting them and assisting them in exhibiting the best in themselves.
• Being a self-starter. I am both a person of thought and of action -- both visionary and doer.
• Having a sense of humor. I can laugh at myself. I have a humble spirit.
