Intentional Career Integrity Free
College and University Classroom Materials "Fostering
Ethics Across the Curriculum"
I want to help college professors and
students empower students enrolled in all types of classes to enjoy high
integrity, long-term careers. I know that the students of
today will fill leadership positions in the future in all types and sizes
of organizations world wide. I want these future leaders to be
leaders who are intentional about their integrity... leaders who make great contributions
to their companies, and to the customers and clients their companies
serve.
To this end, I provide complimentary e-mail
coaching support to students and professors wishing to initiate our FREE Personal Accountability and Commitment
Team (PACT) process in college classes world wide. The PACT process will help
integrity-driven college and university students gain and maintain the
high character, competence and commitment needed to enjoy worthwhile lives
and long-term, stellar careers.
I've found that people who enjoy stellar careers
of long duration are people who have made the commitment to be people of
Intentional Integrity and to provide value-added work for the enterprises
that employ them.
The notion of "holding a job" is obsolete
thinking. Modern, high integrity enterprises of all types and sizes
are looking to hire people of high character, competence and commitment. They
are seeking high integrity people to fill positions who will think, say and do the right
things to achieve the vision, operating values, mission and goals of the
enterprise.
Based on the Personal Accountability and Commitment
Team (PACT) process outlined in my series of Intentional
Integrity books, I have developed
a PACT process students can use and perfect during their college years, and then
carry it forward into their lives and careers. Free information about this
PACT process is available through e-mail.
I have also developed a PowerPoint presentation
describing the benefits of participating in a PACT and the steps in the
process for initiating a PACT that can be used by students or professors. On request,
I will send this PowerPoint
program as an attachment to an e-mail that can be copied to a disk and
used in a class presentation.
Once student PACT groups have been organized, they
can work with professors in virtually any content area to prepare and lead
class discussions regarding ethical dilemmas and the processes for making
high integrity decisions. This program provides a perfect opportunity for
professors to encourage student leadership in class and bring ethics
across the curriculum without adding to their own work load.
