Dear visitor, welcome to our ProActive Leadership web site. As you explore the different sections of our web site, I want you to know about some of the key things I believe as a husband, father, grandfather, consultant and coach.

• First and foremost, I believe knowing and following Jesus Christ and being and doing what He calls me to be and do in His Word, the Holy Bible, is a critical and most worthwhile goal for my self and others.

• I believe the Holy Bible is the most relevant resource for establishing guiding personal and business values for living life, engaging in marriage, raising a family and leading a relevant and worthwhile business enterprise. 

• I believe helping our clients avoid costly mistakes and make more profitable decisions is our calling and our expertise.

• I believe intentional integrity is the right and most profitable operating paradigm for life, marriage and business.

• I believe personal integrity is played out in all dimensions of life and work through people's expressed moral character and functional competence.

• I believe the individual integrity expressed by each person in an organization is best done in community with others to ensure maximum integrity of the organization's operational processes, policies, products and services. This contributes to the organization's viability, stability, longevity and long-term profitability.

• I believe that intentional personal integrity and competent functioning must be regularly assessed, developed and maintained and not left to chance if the people running a company are to avoid costly mistakes and make more profitable decisions.

• I believe that to ensure a healthy, worthwhile, and excellent functioning enterprise, all people engaged in running the enterprise need to master and apply the fundamental leadership and managerial skills. These allow them to exhibit their best best performance to fulfill the responsibilities of their positions.

Over the last five decades, I have noted that stellar enterprises of all types and sizes are financially "lean" and ethically "clean." They consistently gain and maintain loyal managers, staff and customers. They consistently make worthwhile contributions to society through the delivery of quality goods and services. They consistently make and save more money over the long term.
