Greetings prospective reader! Your decision to consider reading  my  book, Intentional Leadership Integrity, is a good one!  It will help you be more intentional and successful as a leader.  The functional integrity every stellar leader needs is comprised of two dimensions, character and competence. Each strategy calls for, and reinforces, stellar character.  Each strategy also calls for specific competencies when initiating the strategy.  Helping you acquire the applied competencies for each  strategy is the focus of this book. 

Feedback from readers of my monthly e-mail newsletter, Intentional Leadership Integrity Tips, motivated me to put 52 key leadership strategies into an easy-to-use 8 1/2 X 11" format. The type is very readable and each of the 52 leadership strategies and accompanying "how to" tips are addressed in a short, easy to read and use format. There is also ample room in the margins for making special personal notes.  A weekly "How am I doing?" action step accountability box to complete is found at the end of each of the 52 leadership strategy chapters.  This will encourage you and your team members to apply in your work environment what you have learned about each strategy.

Mac's timely Leadership Integrity strategies always seem to fit just as I'm pondering some issue.  It's amazing how helpful these strategies and tips from Mac can be in dealing with the day to day challenges we all face as leaders.
