"Intentional Integrity"
Retreat For
Church Groups and Intact Groups of Individual Christians
Dr. Millard MacAdam and selected
colleagues facilitate
and coach participants during this three-day, two-night, custom
tailored Intentional
Integrity Retreat. The retreat is designed to meet the
specific needs of the people attending. The focus is on helping participants apply the strategies and tools they
desire that are addressed in his Intentional Integrity: Aligning Your
Life With God's Values book.
The Intentional Integrity Retreat
is scheduled on appropriate dates for church groups and other intact groups within
organizations at the UCLA Arrowhead Conference Center or other appropriate
facilities most convenient to them.
Mac is available to help you plan, schedule and facilitate
a custom tailored Intentional Integrity retreat at a
site of your choice or at the UCLA Conference Center at Lake
Arrowhead in Southern
California. You can "take
a tour" of our favorite retreat facility by visiting their site.
During the Intentional Integrity
retreat, participants address in "hands-on,"
life-application fashion specific major concepts and
skills related to Intentional Integrity.
They are also facilitated and coached through the tools and processes the
client selects from those outlined
in the book. The goal is to prepare participants to correctly practice and master these
concepts and skills and to use them at home and in their work setting.
After the retreat, follow up support is available
to participants through out Distance Call-A-Coach support services. These are
available to help
participants master the skills addressed in the workshop retreat more quickly and easily.
Some
Commendations
Ed Salas,
Pastor, Mariners Church
- "Thank you for giving of your self at the Intentional Integrity
workshop last weekend. I appreciate you so much and your heart which
is so full of desire to train and equip believers in how to live upright
lives in the work place. I trust that the Lord will honor and bless
your faithfulness according to His riches. Many blessings to you and
in each of your intentional integrity endeavors."
Steve
DeNicola, Pastor,
Morning Star Christian Fellowship
- "It was so wonderful to have you come and share with the men of
Morning Star Christian Fellowship. Your Intentional Integrity
program hit home personally in my life. I realized I am not only
called to live the truth but to also recognize the deception that we so
often invest our lives in which robs us of fulfilling God's purpose for
us. The men and I very much enjoyed your gifting that was demonstrated in
your program agenda and design and also in your facilitating, teaching,
and coaching style. Of course, vulnerably tying your own life object
lessons into your teaching helped to impress the truths you taught us even
more in our hearts.
I am pleased
to share with you that only three day after the program one of my men's
small groups has already begun to implement a Personal Accountability and
Commitment Team process in their group. Another group may be forming soon
from the men attending your program.
May God
continue to bless you in your work with men, marriages, careers, and
lives!
