Do you believe it is important to invest time and money in your own development as a business owner and leader?  Would you value insightful help from other business owners in resolving "sticky" business issues? Would resolving those issues more quickly and easily to save time and money reduce your stress? Do you wish you had ample physical, emotional and time reserves to enjoy running your business instead of having it run you?

The IBI Roundtable Program is a stellar "board of advisors" group of twelve business owners.  Together, members help one another enhance their leadership impact, resolve "sticky" strategic and tactical business issues, and grow productive, stable and profitable companies.

The Roundtable monthly, one-day retreats are specifically designed for men and women like you who want to grow their businesses in high integrity, successful ways. They are for company owners like you who want to grow in their abilities to lead and manage more effectively and easily by gaining and maintaining a proactive stance.

The focus of the Roundtable is on helping business owners like you lead truly profitable lives and effectively lead truly profitable businesses. Helping you achieve your strategic and tactical business development goals, while at the same time helping you achieve a more balanced and beneficial life is what we are about.

In addition to fine tuning your vital strategic and tactical business goals, you are encouraged to establish and work toward achieving goals of your choice in the areas found in our Intentional Life Integrity Wheel Assessment: Spiritual Development, Finance, Physical Fitness, Social Relations, Marriage and Family, Emotional Strength, Church and Community Service, and Leisure and Recreation.  You determine within these areas which vital goals you want to achieve.

The IBI Roundtables are comprised of member-focused groups of twelve qualified small business owners and professional practice owners. In short, those who personally run their own businesses and who would benefit from the knowledge and expertise of other owners and professionals who are committed to Intentional Business Integrity.

If you desire to invest a little time and money in being part of a “personal board of advisors" who are committed to serving one another as wise counselors, perceptive “sounding boards”, and stellar problem solvers, joining an IBI Roundtable is for you!.

The major program components which provide support to members of an IBI Roundtable are...

The Need

Research shows that leaders perceive their performance and personal traits with only fifty percent accurately. This is because to varying degrees they operate in a vacuum.  They too often get minimum feedback and have minimal outlets to hammer out and resolve "sticky" personal and business issues.

As a business owner who desires to successfully run your business instead of having it run you, the challenges are even greater and so are the rewards. The impact this isolation has on your business is simple: The potential growth rate is stifled immensely and you suffer personally from unnecessary “blind spots” and sometimes regretful words, actions and decisions.

To be the best "keeper of the keys" of the business you have, you need all the help and support you can get.  Belonging to an IBI Roundtable will help you...

  • Avoid the debilitating and blinding pride and other blocks to right thinking and action.

  • Gain a broader perspective on important issues.

  • Reach better decisions.

  • See more clearly the “forest and the trees”.
