This is a self-assessment of your readiness to: 

  • Be coached by your fellow members and your group facilitator. 
  • Successfully participate in the leadership and company development activities facilitated in an IBI Roundtable group. 

Being open and honest with yourself is essential.  Imagine your most trusted colleagues are answering these questions based on how they experience you. It will help you keep your objectivity. Please print a copy of this page and complete it. Mark your score to the right of the number of each question below.

  1. Believe that the best investment I can make is in my own development?
  2. Have a clear vision for my life and for my company?
  3. Agree to try new ways of learning things with fellow members and my facilitating coach?
  4. Intend to tell the truth and tell my colleagues and coach immediately if things are not working for me?
  5. Agree to actively listen to my colleagues and coach to suggestions for doing things more easily, quickly and simply?
  6. Intend to be open to receiving personal feedback from others?
  7. Agree to engage in a positive, results-producing mutual accountability process with my colleagues?
  8. Agree to engage in an Intentional Integrity Check process with my colleagues and coach?
  9. Agree to be open to recognizing the business opportunities I'm not capitalizing on?

  11. Understand that my colleagues and coach will be focused on me, my best interests, as well as my goals?
  12. Understand that my colleagues and coach will educate, support and encourage me while I do the work?
  13. Commit to planning to be present at my scheduled IBI Roundtable Retreats? 
  14. Have discretionary funds to invest in being in an IBI Roundtable member without creating a hardship regarding the fees?

20 - 50....Not ready for IBI Roundtable collaborative coaching at this time. Prepare yourself. Talk with Dr. Mac.

51 - 80....Ready for collaborative coaching. Make sure your intent and desire is solid.  Talk both through with Dr. Mac.

81 - 110...Ready for coaching. Be ready to go to work and receive feedback and helpful accountability.

111 - 140 Very Ready for Collaborative Coaching and effective participation in an IBI Roundtable! Ask to be held highly accountable for excellent growth and expect to quickly gain increased physical, emotional, time and financial reserves, enhanced leadership and personal skills, and better business operations, growth and profit margins!
