Intentional
Business Integrity Christian Roundtable Program
Serving the Needs
of Christian Business Owners
"Living
Our Lives and Leading Our Businesses God's Way"
Note: An e-mail
copy of the Participant Manual for this Roundtable Program is FREE
for the asking, if you want to initiate your own self-facilitated
Roundtable group. Dr. Mac is available to facilitate a limited
number of these groups for fee. He is also available for fee
to coach and provide support to self-facilitated groups through his
International Distance Call-A-Coach Service.
Do you believe it
is important to invest time and money in your own development as a Christ-centered business owner and leader?
Do you desire to make deeper and deeper "footprints" as a
representative of Christ (you in Him and Him in you) as you walk the
paths of life at home, in your company and in your marketplace and
community? Would you value insightful
help a personal and business coach as well as from eleven other Christian business owners in resolving
"sticky" business issues God's way? Would resolving those issues
more quickly, easily and permanently save you time and money and reduce your stress? Do you
wish you had ample physical,
emotional and time reserves to enjoy running your
business instead of having it run you?
The Intentional
Business Integrity monthly Roundtable Retreat is much more than a TEC type group focused
mainly on profitability and resolving "sticky" strategic and tactical business issues. It
is this and more. It is
specifically designed for Christian men and women who want to follow
Jesus and grow their businesses successfully by God’s standards.
It is for company owners who want to
grow in their abilities to lead and manage more effectively and
easily God's way.
We focus on the
fact that God's ways lead to truly profitable lives and businesses.
Helping you achieve your personal, spiritual, and business development goals, while at the same time helping
you achieve a more balanced and beneficial life, is what we are
about.
In addition to fine
tuning your vital strategic and tactical business goals, you are encouraged to establish and
work toward achieving goals you determine are important in the areas
addressed in our
Intentional Life Integrity Wheel Assessment":
Spiritual Development, Finance, Physical Fitness, Social Relations,
Marriage and Family, Emotional Strength, Church and Community
Service, and Leisure and Recreation.
Our Intentional
Business Integrity monthly Roundtable Retreats are made up of intimate,
member-focused groups comprised of twelve Christian business
owners and professional practice owners who's offices are within 30
minutes of one another. In short, those who personally run their businesses and who would benefit from the knowledge and expertise of
other owners and
professionals who are like-minded spiritually.
Do you desire to invest
a little time and money in being part of a “personal board of Christian
advisors"? Are you seeking a relationship with other
Christian business owners who are committed to serving one another as wise counselors,
perceptive “sounding boards” and stellar problem solvers? If so,
joining an Intentional Business
Integrity monthly Roundtable is for you!.
The major program
components which provide support to members of an Intentional
Business Integrity Roundtable are...
Roundtable
Retreats- All day retreats are scheduled monthly
within 30 minutes of each member's business office or
home. During
these monthly retreats away from the office, members:
- Share their
“sticky” business challenges and issues.
- Share their experiences and
knowledge to help fellow members successfully grow in their
leadership abilities.
- Help
one another using a
proven PAL
Problem Resolution Process.
- Help one another be accountable to
achieving the goals each sets for themselves.

one another enhance the productivity, stability and
profitability of their businesses.

Shared

Each

each year for the group. Member makes arrangements and pays
for:
-
A
nice meeting room with ample space for pairs and threesomes to
gather on the sides; any visual aid equipment needed; morning
refreshments; and lunch.
-
Coach
facilitator's hotel accommodations, and meals and lodging for
the night before and the night after the IBI Retreat meeting. (Note:
Applies only for groups meeting at places outside of the Orange
County, California area.)
Call-A-Coach Sessions - For
one half-hour monthly, each
IBI Roundtable member is personally coached toward the quickest, easiest
and thorough achievement of their vital goals. They are also helped
to address business and personal development issues. Plus,
members receive unlimited
coaching support via
e-mail!
Critical
Help
- As they are available, you get help from other members
in your Roundtable group when you need critical assistance in
addressing an immediate and pressing "sticky" business
issue.
Scriptural
Impact - Personal Bible Application Study -
We use a
short, independent Bible study outline developed by Jim
Kennedy. You may use it to prepare a short Bible
application study to occasionally share with your
fellow members at
the monthly Roundtable meetings. It is to be
focused on Scripture that has had a strong impact on you
in
"Living Your Life and Leading Your
Business God's Way".
Quarterly
Skill-building Workshops -
Each IBI Roundtable group
selects and elects to schedule a half-day workshop topic each quarter as
half of their scheduled IBI Roundtable Retreat agenda.
Dr.
Mac's PAL Advisory Tips - All members
receive Dr. Mac's PAL Advisory Tips monthly by e-mail.
These tips bring you current "how to" ideas to make leading, managing,
and the running of your company more successful, easier, and fun!
The
Need
Research shows that
leaders perceive their performance and personal traits with only fifty percent
accurately. This is because to varying degrees they operate in a
vacuum and have "blind spots". They too often get minimum feedback and have minimal outlets to hammer out and
resolve "sticky" personal and business issues.
As a Christian
business owner who is working
faithfully to bring glory to God through your business, the
challenges are even greater and so are the rewards. The impact this
isolation has on your business is simple: The potential growth rate
is stifled immensely and you suffer personally from unnecessary
“blind spots” and regretful words, actions and decisions.
To be the best
steward possible of the business God has given you, and to more
consistently place "footprints" of Christ in your marketplace, you
need all the help and support you can get. Belonging to an “Iron sharpening iron”
IBI Roundtable group will help you...
-
Be a great
steward and "keeper of the keys" of the business God's
given you.
-
Avoid the
debilitating and blinding pride and other blocks to right
thinking and action.
-
Gain a broader
perspective on important issues.
-
Reach
better decisions.
-
See more clearly the “forest and the
trees”.
