Member Covenant of Commitment

I enter this covenant with the full intention to:

• Make monthly Roundtable all day retreats a calendar priority and actively participate in discussions and problem resolution activities.

• Be open, teachable, vulnerable, honest, and seek to intentionally speak the truth.

• Keep confidential all that is discussed in monthly Roundtable Retreats, emergency coaching sessions, and telephone and e-mail coaching activities.  

• Work diligently to facilitate a safe, confidential environment in which we can share individual business and personal issues.

• Help members integrate ProActive Leadership principles into their daily lives, business practices and decisions.

• Provide my best business counsel to fellow members.

• Schedule, and make every effort to keep, my monthly half hour Call-A-Coach Sessions to review the achievement of my established goals and to address business and personal issues.

• Persevere to ensure that any business engagements with fellow members do not challenge the integrity of the group processes nor relationships between group members or my coach.

• Share the value that each has received from engaging in the IBI Roundtable process with other business owners so that they have the opportunity to investigate the benefits for themselves and their company of joining an IBI Roundtable group.
