Quarterly, Half-Day Leadership Development Workshops

All of these skill development workshops stand alone.  They all integrate and interrelate into a systematic whole in the Intentional Business Integrity Development Model. Each is designed to help IBI Roundtable members gain and maintain a "leading edge" in running their businesses instead of allowing their businesses to run them. In addition to addressing special content, strategies and skills, each hands-on workshop focuses on the importance of character, competence, and contribution.

All workshops are designed around sound, time-proven principles for living, working and conducting business. In addition to focusing on special content and skills, each module is designed with the intent to help participants: 

  1. Develop and maintain excellent character. 
  2. Express high competence. 
  3. Strengthen their commitment to think, say and do the right things in support of their company's vision, mission, and governing operating values. 
The content and processes designed into each workshop helps participants develop practical personal and professional skills and promotes ethical standards for conduct that will help them make and save more money for the their companies.
